Mark Utting is a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 35 years of experience in investor relations, finance and corporate communications, mainly in the mining and financial services sectors. Most recently, Mr. Utting served as Senior Vice President, Finance (full-time consultant) for Karora Resources (January 2023 to September 2023). Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations at Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. ("Kirkland") from June 2017 to February 2022 (when Kirkland was acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited), where he was responsible for all aspects of investor relations and corporate communications, including serving as one of two primary spokespersons, and also serving as Chair of the Company's executive Disclosure Committee. Mr. Utting served as Vice President, Investor Relations for Tahoe Resources Inc. ("Tahoe") from April 2016 to June 2017 and, prior to Tahoe's acquisition of Lake Shore Gold ("Lake Shore") in April 2016, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations for Lake Shore from March 2008 to April 2016. Other experience in the mining industry includes working as Director, Investor Relations at Dynatec Corporation from 2003 to 2007 as well as Director, Investor Relations at Rio Algom Ltd. from 1997 to 2000.
