DISPOSITION OF COMMON SHARES OF DISCOVERY METALS

June 26, 2017 – The Emprise Special Opportunities Fund (2013) Limited Partnership (the “LP”) has disposed of ownership of 7,950,000 common shares (the “Shares”) of Discovery Metals Corp. (formerly, Ayubowan Capital Ltd.) (the “Issuer”). The Shares were disposed of pursuant to certain private transactions.

Following completion of the transaction, the LP has ownership of 5,300,000 common shares of the Issuer, representing approximately 16.2% of the Issuer’s current issued and outstanding common shares.

The Shares were disposed of by the LP as a result of an investment decision. In the future, additional securities of the Issuer may be acquired or disposed of, through the market, privately or otherwise, as circumstances or market conditions may warrant.
